At Rapzo, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted.

We accept returns only if the product:

  • Is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Includes original packaging, tags, and accessories (if any)

  • Has not been damaged after delivery

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit


4. Exchange Options

We offer exchanges for eligible products, subject to stock availability.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued instead.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

6. Non-Returnable Items

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, return shipping will be covered by Rapzo

  • For all other returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless stated otherwise

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
